This Week In History: Week 4!
 
Unfortunately this week the events aren't very detailed as there aren't many facts about each one.
 
January 19th: 1809 - Edgar Allan Poe was born in Boston. He was an author and best known for Pit & the Pendulum and The Raven.
January 20th: 1936 - George V, King of Britain, died at the age of 70. He passed away at Sandringham House in Norfolk. Making his Son Edward Britain’s new King, King Edward VIII.

January 21st: 1924 - Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov Lenin, a Russian Revolutionary leader, died of a stroke at the age of 53.
January 22nd: 1953 - Arthur Miller's play the "Crucible," premieres on stage in New York City.
January 23rd:  1989 - Salvador Dalí, the Catalan artist passed away.

January 24th: 1943 - Hitler ordered German troops at Stalingrad to fight to the death.
January 25th: 1533 - England's King Henry VIII marries Anne Boleyn, his 2nd wife. She was the mother of Queen Elizabeth I.
